cK was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to parents of Guyanese descent. He was accepted into the prestigious Etobicoke School of the Arts where he studied Visual Art. cK then went on to pursue a career in advertising and computer graphics studying at the International Academy of Design. Upon graduation, cK was awarded a full scholarship into the Multimedia program at the Bell Center For Creative Communications. After graduation, cK landed a position working in a downtown firm as a web designer.
Along with his web design expertise, cK has taught computer classes with the Toronto District School Board, has hosted a prime-time talk radio show on Toronto's CKLN 88.1FM and has worked on the advisory board for the Art Gallery of Ontario's Youth Programs.
cK then moved to Miami in December 2000, accepting a position at a web firm. After living in Miami for a 2 years, cK moved to New York City where he worked at a web marketing firm. While in Manhattan, he stumbled across the opportunity to participate on a televised dating show. The show aired internationally months later where cK received an overwhelming response. This inspired cK to move to Los Angeles and make an attempt into entertainment industry. He did a number of background acting jobs in movies, tv shows and commercials. After a year in California, cK moved back to Toronto where he started the web design company, Mahadeo Media. He now appears as a video host on the RPTV channel and is back as an on-air host on CKLN FM.
